What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.


Can I order by phone?

Sure! We'd be happy to take your order by phone. U.S. customers call us toll free at 1-877-653-0386 or International at 732-242-8113 weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. At other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached. If you can mention the type of equipment you are interested in, this will help us to respond faster to your needs.


What is your return policy?

You can return your equipment within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your amount. Please read our Warranty section for further details.


How can I track the status of my order?

You can review your order status and order history by signing in and viewing the Order History tab in your account settings. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the order status and histories for all your online orders. You can see what you bought, when you bought it and for whom you bought it.



Will you charge sales tax on my order?

We don’t charge taxes.


I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

Try entering a keyword, phrase, or item number into our Search Bar at the top of the Home page, and click "Product Search." Then sort your Search Results easily by Category & Price to organize everything you've found the way you want it. If you've seen something in any of our AAA Equine Catalog, you can order it simply by typing the item number from the catalog and your requested item will be displayed.


Will AAA Equine Equipment ship to an international address?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks and money orders for online purchases.


How do I know if ordering online is secure?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only AAA is able to decode your information.

 To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.



Why isn't my browser working with your site?

Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Firefox 3.5 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or later, IE contains lot of bugs and security issues. IE Versions 6.0 / 7.0 of incorrectly displays 'transfer interrupted' when retrieving information from our databases. What do I need to qualify for student Packages?

We would require:

  • Your school information
  • Year of anticipated Graduation.
  • Enrollment ID number (if any).

We confirm the details from your school before we confirm you order.
