All products sold by AAA Equine Equipment or any subsidiary of AAA Equine Equipment are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of Three (3) months from the date of shipment within North America, and for a period of Six (6) months from the date of shipment to outside of North America. If you believe any AAA Equine Equipment product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact AAA Equine Equipment at aaaequine@gmail.com for assistance. If product repair or replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by AAA Equine Equipment will be F.O.B. at the AAA Equine Equipment warehouse in New Jersey.
Limitations
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. AAA Equine Equipment specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. AAA Equine's liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer's manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory. AAA Equine Equipment shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications. AAA EQUINE EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE ANY KIND OF DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT OR MANUFACTURING FAULT IN THE PRODUCT WHICH CAN CAUSE ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL INJURY OR PSYCHOLOGICAL IMBALANCE TO THE CLIENTS. AAA EQUINE EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DIMINUTION OF GOOD WILL, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM IN CONNECTION WITH AAA EQUINE EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS AND/OR PARTS.
We offer money back warranty on our equipment within one months of purchase.
We will repair our equipment within 6 months of purchase free of charge.
30 days return period for all the AAA Equine products less 15% restocking fee.
30-60 days return period for all of the AAA Equine products less 25% restocking fee.
After 60 days no returns will be accepted but AAA will repair any problem with the products occurred due to manufacturing fault upto 6 months.
After 6 months, AAA Equine will charge fee for repairs depending upon the conditions of product.
