Returning and Refund
Return online purchases within the time-frames below. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.
30 days return period for all the AAA Equine products less 15% restocking fee.
30-60 days return period for all of the AAA Equine products less 20% restocking fee.
After 60 days no returns will be accepted but AAA will repair any problem with the products occurred due to manufacturing fault upto 6 months.
After 6 months, AAA Equine will charge fee for repairs depending upon the conditions of product.
Returns by Mail
Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail.
Pack your return in the original package if possible.
Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS.

You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Please do not return items COD (Cash on delivery). Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal less 15% restocking fee.
Items returned by mail, please allow 1-7 days of processing time for refund.

Special Offer Returns
Free Gifts
To receive a refund, you must also return the free gift. If you don't do this, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.
Bundle Purchases
You can return an individual item that was part of a bundle package. In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. To review the amount you will be refunded for each individual item within the bundle, visit the Your Account page after you submit your order.
Quantity Discounts
If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.

Authorization Process
When you place an order, AAA Equine authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

Shipping Methods
We offer three methods for shipping your orders from AAAEquine.com:
Standard – 4 to 8 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.
Expedited – 3 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 2 days for transit.
Express – 2 business days
Includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
